Job Description

MW Partners is currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Work with Operational teams, Product Business Units, and Pricing Strategy teams to support and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers
  • Coordinate, review, and assist in the delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
  • Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to the client's Enterprise offerings
  • Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
  • Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide timely resolutions or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance.
  • Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years)
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
  • Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of quote to contract operations, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with Wiki, Workfront, and JIRA or equivalent bug management software
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
