Come join Johns Hopkins Health System as our next Director of Entity Communications. This position oversees strategic internal and external communications for a designated Johns Hopkins Medicine hospital or entity. This role leads an integrated communications program to strengthen visibility, reputation, and alignment with JHM’s mission and goals. The Director manages a multidisciplinary team, collaborates across the JHM Communications department, and ensures consistency and impact of all messaging and initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic campaigns, managing issues and crisis communications, and evaluating performance to drive engagement, diversity, and organizational excellence.

Salary Range: Minimum 102,066.00/annually - Maximum 156,853.00/annually Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
