We are currently seeking a Psychosocial Supervisor to lead and support our psychosocial, volunteer, and bereavement programs.

What Youll Do
As the Psychosocial Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and support social workers, chaplains, and other psychosocial staff.
• Ensure timely psychosocial assessments and patient/family support.
• Oversee volunteer program recruitment, training, and compliance with the Medicare 5% requirement.
• Develop and manage bereavement services, including risk assessments and follow-up plans.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, state, and accreditation standards.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration and staff development.
• Participate in QAPI initiatives and organizational planning.

What Were Looking For

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Divinity, or related field required.
• Licensure preferred (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Chaplain certification).
• 3+ years of hospice or healthcare experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of hospice philosophy and psychosocial best practices.
