Job Description

As the newest member of the CityPASS® product team, you’ll help shape intuitive, engaging and accessible user experiences across our digital platforms - from concept to delivery. You are an early in your career with 3+ years of experience designing for both mobile and web platforms using Figma. With strong communication skills, you know how to collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders, to balance user needs with business goals. Spend your days:

• Designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences across native mobile apps and web platforms
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Modifying, enhancing and influencing design specifications and assets suitable for implementation
• Building and refining eCommerce flows to support seamless purchasing experiences
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between design, product, and business goals
• Contributing to and maintaining our design system for scalability and consistency
• Presenting design concepts clearly and applying feedback with flexibility and openness

Qualifications

Show us your:

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio that spans concept through delivery
• Hands-on experience designing native mobile applications and supporting eCommerce buildouts and user purchasing flows
• Proficiency in Figma as your primary design tool
• Understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with usability testing, research methods, and iterative design practices
• Exposure to Scrum or Agile methodologies
• Experience using web analytics tools such as, GA4, Heap, Matomo, or Adobe a plus!
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively
• Comfort working remotely in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment within Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
• Passionate about building quality products that perform well under pressure and are easy to maintain! 

Additional Information
