Position: Sales Representative (Shop-at-Home Flooring Specialist) Location: Snohomish County, WA (Marysville HQ + surrounding cities) Jay’s Flooring LLC is one of the fastest-growing independent flooring companies in Washington. We specialize in shop-at-home flooring solutions — bringing carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile directly to our customers’ doors, backed by our Warranties. We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Professional to join our team. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Run shop-at-home appointments (leads are provided) • Educate homeowners on flooring options (carpet, LVP, laminate, hardwood, vinyl, tile) • Provide accurate in-home quotes and close sales • Manage customer relationships from quote to project completion • Follow up with leads consistently (our top reps follow up 18+ times before closing) • Collaborate with our installation and operations team to ensure a smooth process for every customer Qualifications: • Previous sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred, but not required — we provide training) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized • Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with customers in their homes • Team player willing to learn and grow About Company: Jay's Flooring LLC Founded by Cesar and Carley as an independent installer 13 years ago, we proudly transitioned to a retail storefront in 2020.
