Position Overview:
We are looking for a Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with STIHL products such as chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers. This role will focus on repairing and maintaining equipment, sharpening chains, and assisting our primary mechanic with day-to-day operations in the yard.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair small engines, with emphasis on STIHL equipment.
• Sharpen and maintain chainsaw chains.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assist the lead mechanic with various tasks around the yard.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with small engine repair (STIHL preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
