As a Caregiver in our group home setting, you'll make a genuine difference in the lives of individuals with autism while working alongside a team that values collaboration and safety. You'll enjoy competitive hourly wage from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with wage increases PLUS shift differentials up to $3 per hour.

What it's like to be a Caregiver at our Adult Family Home?
As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential daily living support to adult male clients in their comfortable group home. Each day will be a unique adventure, where you'll engage in activities that bring joy and enrichment to their lives. Your responsibilities will include cooking meals, tidying up the home, and getting out into community with the clients.
You'll also have the opportunity to foster creativity through crafts and games, ensuring that every day is filled with laughter and learning. Join us in creating a compassionate environment where your support truly makes a difference for those with autism!
A passion for helping others is essential, especially when working with individuals with autism. While experience with autistic clients is preferred, it's not a strict requirement-what truly matters is your empathetic nature and willingness to learn! Strong communication skills will enable you to connect effectively with clients and collaborate with your team.
