We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team! As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale public festivals.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job: Full time
Pay: $18.50 - $28.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and organization of various events
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics
* Help maintain event budgets and track expenses
* Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations and schedules
* Set up event spaces, including audio-visual equipment and decorations
* Assist with on-site registration and attendee management
Minimum requirements:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Basic knowledge of event planning principles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
* A passion for events and customer service
